Terms
Terms & conditions
The agreements we make with each other about treatments, appointments and the shop.
These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments and orders at Kapsalon De Meester, Dorpsstraat 24, 3811 AB Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
1. Appointments
You can book online, by phone or in the salon. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail or hear the time from us over the phone.
If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we may shorten the treatment or arrange a new appointment.
2. Cancelling and rescheduling
Cancelling or rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows we may charge 50% of the treatment price.
For bridal hair on the day itself, a cancellation period of two weeks applies.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Wash, styling and advice are included. Any extra cost for very thick or long hair is always discussed in advance.
Treatments are paid afterwards in the salon, by card or cash.
4. Shop
Shop orders are collected in the salon. You pay when you collect, or in advance by bank transfer. Your order is ready within two working days; we keep it for two weeks.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of collection for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened care products.
5. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for two years from purchase and can be used for any treatment or product. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash; any remaining balance stays on the card.
6. Satisfaction and complaints
Not happy with a treatment? Let us know within seven days and we’ll look for a suitable solution together, such as a free correction.
Please tell us in advance about allergies, sensitivities or previous treatments. On request we do an allergy test 48 hours beforehand.
7. Liability
We work carefully and with professional products. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information you gave us about your hair or health.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
